IFLD has always had a passion for sharing his wealth of knowledge and expertise, not only with the leaders he advises, but also with fellow coaches and colleagues. In the spirit of this pursuit, IFLD sought to establish a formal community where the world’s premier leadership thinkers could come together to learn from his practiced and proven methods, and share ideas and inspiration with one another.
As the Coaches community has grown and evolved, many people have approached us to ask how this illustrious collection of talent might be able to help them meet their business challenges and become better leaders. About Global HeadZoe McLeod is a consumer champion with more than 20 years’ experience in communications, advocacy, policy and regulation including 10 years in the energy sector. This includes with Citizens Advice/Consumer Focus, National Energy Action, Ofgem and Friends of the Earth. Her current roles include Director of the Consumer Watchdog, Chair of Cadent Customer Engagement Group, Chair of South East Water Customer Challenge Group, lay member on the Bar Standards Board and Associate with the think tank Sustainability First where she has a particular interest on innovation and vulnerable customers.

Lynda has been the Director General of the MAVA Foundation since 2010. She is responsible for implementing the strategy of the foundation and leading the secretariat team. Since joining the foundation, Lynda has overseen a complete reshaping of MAVA. Lynda led the foundation to incorporate a new programme to work on the intersection of economic growth and natural resource depletion which has become a major focus of its work. Given the end of MAVA’s grant-making in 2022, Lynda is now leading the team to ensure the greatest impact of funds invested as well as ensuring the sustainability of work in our areas of interest even after MAVA’s closure.
Pamela Richarde has more than 17 years of experience coaching C-level leaders and financial professionals across multiple industries. A pioneer in the field of coaching and past President of the International Coach Federation (ICF), she has played an integral part in the development of the profession of coaching, including co-creation of certification standards and globally accepted core coaching competencies.
